The Dax ST 70 has a short seat, so every bit of grip matters, and that is exactly what the HF adds: 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing in the center of the seat, which holds better than the smooth version without adding ridges or rubber. You stay put where you sit, even with wet pants. The polyester base keeps water from getting through and the double perimeter stitching keeps the edges from opening up over time. It is patterned on the original Dax ST 70 seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it fits with no wrinkles or extra fabric.
