Description
A Hero Xpulse 200 sees both city streets and longer road runs, and the seat is where you notice whether the fabric grips or not. HF adds high-frequency embossing to the 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, a texture covering the whole surface that holds better than plain, with no side rubber and no ribs. The whole build is waterproof: PVC and resin on top, four-way stretch synthetic weave in the middle, polyester base that water does not get through. Double perimeter stitching throughout. We pattern it on the original Xpulse 200 seat with CNC cutting and hand sewing, which is why it fits with no wrinkles or excess.
