Dirt, gravel and pavement can all show up in one ride on a Gilera Rally SMX 250, and the seat needs to hold you without constant repositioning. The HF cover uses 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing across the entire surface: more hold than a smooth top, with no rubber panels or ridges required. The polyester base keeps water out, the fabric stretches four ways, and the perimeter is double stitched. We pattern it on the original Rally SMX 250 seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it fits with no wrinkles.
