The Zanella ZB 110 Z1 Automática racks up short trips every day, and the seat takes sun, rain and constant friction for it. The HF cover puts down 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing over the entire surface, which holds noticeably better than smooth fabric and has no rubber or ridges you can feel through your pants. Underneath is a polyester backing that blocks water, so the foam is not damp after a night parked outdoors, and the perimeter is double stitched. The pattern was taken from the original ZB 110 Z1 Automática seat, so it fits wrinkle-free. Built to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours.
