On the Zanella RX 200, the HF lays down 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing across the whole surface, which outperforms plain material without needing rubber or a rear stop. The polyester backing keeps water out, so the foam stays dry even when the bike sleeps outside, and double perimeter stitching closes the full edge. It is patterned on the original RX 200 seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it sits flat with nothing left over. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours, in the color combinations shown in the selector.
