Description
Boots wear out the sides of a seat cover first. The Ultra Grip answers that with rubber panels on both flanks, right where your boots make contact: they protect the cover and give you something to squeeze against through ruts and enduro sections. Under the panels is the HF base, 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing that holds better than plain gripper. On a Yamaha YZF 250/450 (2017 to 2019) this is the version for riders who race in boots. The polyester backing is waterproof, the perimeter is double stitched, and the pattern comes off the original seat of this generation, so it fits without wrinkles. Made to order in 48 hours and installed with a staple gun.
