Description
On the XT 660X and XT 660R 04/14, the HF is the most versatile choice. The whole surface is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing, which grabs noticeably more than plain gripper without adding ribs or rubber: you stay put under hard braking, but you can still slide around the seat without snagging. It works just as well commuting as it does when you take the bike into the dirt. The polyester base keeps water out and the double perimeter stitching survives plenty of wash-downs. Patterned on this series’ stock seat for a wrinkle-free fit. Made to order in 48 hours, installed by you in 15 to 20 minutes.
