Description
Sewn cross ribs are what define the Rib, and they are what makes it useful on the XT 660 and XT 660Z Tenere 08/15. Every rib is a place to brace when you open the throttle or when you are standing up through a dirt section, and it gives the bike that classic motocross look at the same time. Underneath sits 1.2 mm (0.05 in) non-slip waterproof gripper fabric on a polyester base that keeps water out, with double stitching around the perimeter so mud and wash-downs will not open it up. The pattern comes off the stock Tenere seat, so nothing wrinkles. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours and stapled on by you.
