Bracing points where you need them: the sewn transverse ribs on this XT 600 (1996 to 2003) cover give your body a natural stop under acceleration, along with the classic motocross look. Beneath them is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, non-slip and waterproof, PVC resin over a four-way stretch synthetic weave with a polyester backing that blocks water. Double perimeter stitching is what lets the cover survive hard use and washing. It is patterned on the original seat of this XT 600, so it fits with no wrinkles or excess material.
