They sit exactly where your boots rub: they protect the cover from wear and give you a solid surface to grip with your legs, which counts on a loaded Super Tenere 750 through corners and dirt sections. The base is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing, grippier than the plain version, waterproof and backed by a polyester layer water cannot pass. Double stitching around the whole perimeter. Patterned on the Super Tenere 750 stock seat, built to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours and stapled on at home in 15 to 20 minutes.
