Sewn cross ribs running along the seat: the Rib gives the Banshee that classic motocross look and, in practice, real bracing points for when you get on the throttle and your body wants to slide back coming out of a dune. Under them sits 1.2 mm (0.05 in) non-slip waterproof gripper fabric on a polyester base that blocks water, plus double stitching around the whole perimeter so sand and wash-downs will not open it up.
