Highway miles, loaded panniers and the odd dirt section: that is how a Vstrom 650 – 02/11 gets used, and the seat has to keep up. The HF uses 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing across the entire surface, which holds better than the plain weave without adding ridges or rubber, so you can shift around on the seat without sliding. It is waterproof, with a polyester base that stops water getting through, and double stitched around the full perimeter. Patterned on the original Vstrom 650 – 02/11 seat, CNC cut and hand sewn. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours and stapled on in 15 to 20 minutes.
