Another way to freshen up a Gixxer 150 seat is the pleated cover, with sewn pleats that form a soft relief and spread grip evenly, without any pronounced ribs. It is a comfortable finish for commuting and highway runs, and it changes the look of the seat noticeably. The material is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, non slip and waterproof, over a polyester base that blocks water, double stitched around the entire perimeter. Patterned on the original Gixxer 150 seat, so there are no wrinkles or leftover material.
