The transverse ribs on the Rib cover are not just styling: on a DR 650 RS 90/95 or RSE 91/95 they act as stops for your body when you accelerate on dirt or climb a rise. They are sewn onto 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric and give the classic motocross look that suits a dual-sport from these years. The polyester backing is waterproof and the double stitching runs the full perimeter. The pattern is taken from the original seat of these models, CNC cut and hand sewn. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours, and you fit it in 15 to 20 minutes with a staple gun, screwdriver and pliers.
