Total Grip uses smooth 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, non-slip, with no embossing and no rubber panels: it holds your position under acceleration and braking, and it does not get slick if you set off on a damp seat. Underneath is a waterproof polyester base that keeps water away from the foam, plus double stitching all the way around so the edges stay closed.
