Description
Sewn transverse ribs: that is what a Rib cover is, and on the Tengai they do a specific job. Each rib is a place to brace against when you open the throttle, especially once you leave the pavement and the surface gets loose. They sit on 1.2 mm (0.05 in) non-slip gripper fabric with a waterproof polyester backing and double stitching all the way around, so water, dust and washing will not open the seams. The look is straight old-school motocross. The cover is patterned on the original Tengai seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, which is why it fits without wrinkles. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours; install it yourself in 15 to 20 minutes.
