On a city bike like the Neomax, the seat wears out from sun, rain and daily rub more than anything else. The HF cover brings back a proper surface: high-frequency embossing over 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, noticeably grippier than smooth factory upholstery, which you feel braking in traffic or riding after rain. There are no sewn ribs and no rubber panels, so the bike keeps its lines. The polyester backing does not let water through, so the foam stays dry even parked on the street, and the perimeter is double stitched. We cut it from the pattern of the original Neomax seat.
