Sewn crosswise ribs give your thigh something to lock against when you get on the throttle, and they give the KDX 125/250 (1991-1994) the classic motocross seat look. Underneath it’s 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric: PVC and resin over a synthetic weave that stretches in all four directions, on a waterproof polyester base, with double stitching around the perimeter so mud and pressure washing don’t take it apart. Each cover is CNC cut on the original seat pattern and sewn by hand, so it fits without wrinkles. Made to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours, and you staple it on yourself in 15 to 20 minutes.
