Small as it is, the XR 100 gets ridden in boots, and boots wear out the sides of the seat. The FMX Covers Ultra Grip solves that with rubber panels on both sides where the boots rub: they protect the cover and give the rider leg support to feel planted on the bike. The main surface is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) high-frequency embossed gripper fabric, more grip than smooth, with a polyester base that keeps water out and double perimeter stitching. The pattern is taken from the original XR 100 seat, so it fits without wrinkles.
