Sliding around on the seat ruins a long ride. For the Transalp 700, the Plisada works with sewn pleats over 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric: soft relief, even grip across the surface and a clean finish that makes the seat look new again. The polyester base keeps water out and double stitching closes the full perimeter, so rain on the highway stops being a problem. It is patterned on the original Transalp 700 seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it fits with no wrinkles or excess.
