The Interceptor 500 seat has a noticeable forward slope, and once the upholstery is worn you end up sliding into the tank at every stop. The HF cover fixes that with 1.2 mm (0.05 in) grip fabric, high-frequency embossed across the surface: more hold than the smooth version, with no pronounced ribs and no rubber panels, so the bike keeps its original profile. Underneath, a polyester backing keeps water out, and the perimeter is double stitched. Because it is CNC cut on the pattern of the original Interceptor 500 seat, it fits with no wrinkles or leftover fabric.
