Description
Texture without pronounced ribs: that is the Plisada for the 1982 Honda CR 480. The 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric is sewn into pleats that form a soft, even relief across the whole surface, with consistent grip from tank to tail. It feels different from HF embossing and from smooth fabric, and gives the CR a seat with character of its own while staying true to the era. Waterproof polyester backing and double perimeter stitching, ready for mud, track days and pressure washing. We pattern it on this CR 480’s original seat, CNC cut and hand sewn so the pleats stay aligned. Made to order in Buenos Aires, ready in 48 hours. You install it with a staple gun in 15 to 20 minutes.
