Over the 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper base with its high-frequency embossed surface come laser detailing on the top panel and the printed brand logo, plus a soft inner support that damps vibration in daily riding and on the road. Grip is stronger than plain gripper fabric, so you stay put under braking. It is waterproof, with a polyester base that keeps water out, and double stitching around the full perimeter.
