After enough years on the road, the seat on an Africa Twin XRV 750 (1990 to 2003) goes stiff and starts letting water through. The Plisada swaps it for 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with sewn pleats: soft relief, even grip across the whole surface and no sliding when the road is wet or you are in rain gear. The polyester base blocks water and the double perimeter stitching holds everything together over long days. It is patterned on the original seat of this Africa Twin, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it goes on without wrinkles or excess.
