It uses 1.2 mm (0.05 in) grip fabric with high-frequency embossing in the center of the seat, adding hold without ribs or side rubber. Resin-coated PVC over synthetic weave stretches four ways, the polyester base keeps water out, and double perimeter stitching stops it opening over time. Patterned from this bike’s original seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so no wrinkles and nothing left over. Built to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours and installed by you with a staple gun.
