Description
Transverse sewn ribs give the Rib cover its job on the Can-Am DS 450: each ridge is something to brace against when you open the throttle and the quad pushes you back, in the classic motocross look. Underneath is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, resin-coated PVC over a four-way stretch weave with a waterproof polyester base, double stitched around the full perimeter so track use and hose-downs do not open a seam. The pattern is taken from the DS 450’s original seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it sits flat with no wrinkles. Built to order in Buenos Aires in 48 hours and installed at home in 15 to 20 minutes with a staple gun.
