A Nevada 110 or 110 Plus is a working bike: deliveries, errands, on and off the seat all day. That kind of use wears upholstery fast, and in the rain the stock seat turns into a bar of soap. The HF adds high-frequency embossing over the 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, meaning more hold than the plain version with no rubber or ridges, so you are not sliding forward at every stop in traffic. The polyester base keeps water out of the foam, which matters on a bike parked outdoors, and double perimeter stitching stands up to constant mounting and dismounting.
