On a Beta Motard 250 you feel it under hard braking and mid-corner, when you would otherwise creep forward on the seat. The material is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, resin-coated PVC over a synthetic weave with four-way stretch, a waterproof polyester base and double stitching all around the perimeter. There are no rubber panels or added ridges, so it works just as well for daily riding as for a track day. The pattern is taken from this model’s factory seat, which is why it pulls tight with no bunching. Made to order in 48 hours and fitted by you with a staple gun in about 15 minutes.
