Sewn pleats suit the FA 50 well: they build a soft relief that grips evenly across the surface, with no hard ridges, and give the seat a tidy period correct look. The material is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, non slip and waterproof, over a polyester base that blocks water, with double stitching along every edge.
