The HF cover brings 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric with high-frequency embossing over the entire surface, noticeably grippier than plain fabric and enough to stop you sliding forward at every light. There are no rubber panels or ridges, so getting on and off stays easy. The polyester base keeps water away from the foam when the bike is parked outside, and double stitching around the full perimeter carries the daily load.
