It is 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric, non-slip and waterproof, with a polyester backing that keeps water out. The pleat stitching and the double perimeter stitching are made for the daily riding and weekend dirt runs a Tornado sees every week. We pattern it on the original XR 250 Tornado seat, CNC cut and hand sewn, so it fits with no wrinkles or excess.
