For the BMW GS 650 2010, the HF is the higher-traction option that adds nothing bulky to the seat. Over the 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric there is high-frequency embossing in the center of the seat: same non-slip material, now textured, and that alone keeps you from sliding forward under braking or shifting around on gravel sections. The resin-coated PVC over a synthetic weave stretches four ways, the polyester base blocks water, and double perimeter stitching keeps the seams from opening over time.
