Sewn pleats on 1.2 mm (0.05 in) gripper fabric form a soft texture across the whole surface: they hold you under braking and on climbs without locking you in when you shift position. The fabric is non-slip and waterproof, with a polyester base that keeps water out, and the perimeter is double stitched to handle sun, rain, mud and washing. Patterned on the original XR 200 seat, it fits without wrinkles or excess.
