When the parcel arrives, Correo Argentino notifies you: you can pick it up from 48 hours after that notice and you have 5 days to do so; otherwise the post office returns it. You can also choose bus parcel: ARS 2,500 for packing and drop-off at the bus terminal; you pay the bus freight when you pick up the parcel at the destination terminal. Each cover is made to order within 24\/48 hours and shipped once your payment is confirmed; transit time is counted separately.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Local pickup: you can also pick up your cover free of charge at Av. San Mart\u00edn 954, Don Bosco, Buenos Aires, Monday to Friday 9 am-1 pm and 2-5 pm, and Saturday 9 am-1 pm (Argentina time). We will let you know when it is ready.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pagos-y-envios-entre-paises\">International Payments and Shipping<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For international shipments we only use FedEx. Shipping costs to all countries: USD 40 for the first cover (up to 600 g) + USD 15 for each additional cover. Each cover is made to order in 24 business hours and shipped within 2 business days after your payment is confirmed; FedEx then takes 4 to 5 business days. Remote destinations and customs controls may add a few days. The customs office in your country may ask for the INVOICE; we can provide the Argentine fiscal documents for your purchase.<br\/><strong>Duties &amp; taxes PAID (DDP):<\/strong> import duties and taxes for your country are already included at checkout (USD 20 for the first cover + USD 5 for each additional cover). You won&#8217;t pay anything else at delivery. This amount is added automatically and is required to complete an international order.<br\/>International payments are made through PayPal, in US dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are buying from the United States or Europe<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>United States:<\/strong> since August 29, 2025 the USD 800 <em>de minimis<\/em> exemption no longer applies. Every package entering the U.S. pays duties and taxes, whatever its value. With DDP, that is already paid at checkout.<\/li><li><strong>European Union:<\/strong> import VAT has applied to every shipment since July 2021, and since July 1, 2026 the customs duty exemption for purchases under \u20ac150 no longer exists: a flat \u20ac3 duty is charged per type of product. With DDP, that is already paid at checkout.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-comportarse-al-recibir-el-paquete\">How to Behave When Receiving the Package<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You should check the following when the Courier delivers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That the package is intact, not damaged or wet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That the package meets the standards for a package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That the adhesive tape is intact and has not been tampered with.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That the number of packages listed on the INVOICE matches the number of packages actually delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you have a problem, you must speak with the carrier immediately. If you don&#8217;t, the law states that the product was delivered correctly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the Package is Broken or Open<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If the package is damaged or tampered with when you receive the products, you have two ways to recover your money:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accept it with a note: before signing, write &#8220;I accept with reservations because the package has the following problem:&#8221; and describe the damage. Then open the package and, if the cover is damaged, file a claim with the carrier (FedEx) and send us photos at ventas@fmxcovers.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refuse it: tell the carrier directly that you do not accept the package because it is damaged or has been tampered with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Important: if you do neither of these, FMX Covers will consider the package delivered in good condition.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Domestic Shipping Shipments within Argentina are sent through Correo Argentino (Argentine Post), for pickup at the post office branch in your city: ARS 14,000 up to 600 g.
